(Washington Times) FEMA Disaster Centers in several areas of NYC, suddenly closed up shop on Wednesday, ahead of a Nor’easter that brought high winds and a mixture of rain/snow resulting in new power outages, delayed restoration of electricity and bringing Wednesday evening commutes to a virtual standstill to weary Hurricane Sandy survivors.
