Gallup: Underemployment 21% or Higher in 5 States

Underemployment rates of 21% or higher were reported in 5 states in 2011 nationally 18.6% of Americans are underemployed a slight improvement from 18.9% in 2010

On the 04 February, I wrote here that Team Obama’s recently reported unemployment rate figures are skewed as the facts don’t clearly represent the 1.2 million people that fell out of the labor force in a single month and the labor force participation rate tumbled to a 30 year low.
